Making Sense of What Matters
The facilitator-coach who helps with complex challenges
Here’s what I see.
Organizations thrive when they tackle relevant problems, make smart decisions, and maintain dynamic focus on what matters - but only when these three work together. When one breaks down, it weakens the others like a wobbly three-legged stool. The magic happens when all three sync up, creating teams that adapt quickly and respond effectively to whatever comes next.
Here’s how I work.
Does something feel off in your organization? Rather than arriving with predetermined frameworks, I combine facilitation and coaching to help you discover what's really happening. My process is called Assessment-Driven Discovery: I use stakeholder interviews, group sense-making sessions, individual coaching conversations, and systematic observation. This process lets us examine all three critical elements and reveals how they work in isolation versus integration.
Flexible Engagement Options
Assessment-Driven Discovery (app. 4-6 weeks)
Complete assessment to understand how your three elements currently work together. Reveals where you're strong, where you're stuck, and what to tackle first. Includes actionable recommendations and potential pathways forward.
Focus Track
(app. 3-4 months)
Building on the discovery process, deep capability building in whichever element needs the most attention. Best when assessment reveals one clear bottleneck.
Integration Track (app. 4-6 months)
Building on the discovery process, strengthen connections between elements working in isolation. Focus on building organizational capability for all three to work together seamlessly.
Building Integrated Capability.
Rather than implementing solutions, I help teams develop their own skills for distinguishing symptoms from root causes, creating durable decision-making processes, and connecting daily work to strategic priorities.
The assessment process itself builds internal capability while creating momentum for change.
